Our program is designed to offer a welcoming space for adults of all levels to explore movement, improve fitness, and express themselves creatively.
Our program includes two offerings: (i) Ballet and (ii) Barre Basics & Dance Cardio Burn.
Ballet is a technique-focused class for adults of various experience levels, including beginners and returning dancers. Classes emphasize classical ballet fundamentals, strength, flexibility, alignment, and musicality in a supportive, fun, and adult-friendly environment.
Barre Basics & Dance Cardio Burn are fitness-based classes that combine ballet-inspired movement, cardio, and strength training. These classes are designed for adults of all fitness levels and do not require prior dance experience. We prioritize clear instruction, safe movement, and a welcoming, no-pressure atmosphere.
