At Renner Dance, our Company Program is the heart of our studio. It is designed for dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level—technically, artistically, and personally. Whether your child is just beginning their competitive journey or is preparing for collegiate or professional opportunities, our Excel, Extreme, and Elite programs offer a structured path for growth.

Renner Dance’s training track is divided into three tiers, tailored to fit the individual growth of each dancer:
For dancers ready to dive into their first serious training experience. Excel focuses on building strong technical foundations and performance confidence in a positive and challenging environment.
A more intensive program for dancers who have shown a higher level of commitment and maturity. Extreme dancers take on additional classes, rehearsals, and performance opportunities to sharpen their competitive edge.
The highest level of training and commitment at RDC. Elite dancers are selected based on ability, dedication, and leadership. This group represents our studio at the most advanced levels and participates in additional training and competitive experiences.
The Company curriculum includes ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop and lyrical/contemporary technique training.
Dancers are placed in their company based on skill, attitude, commitment, and age, with placement reevaluated annually.
Company dancers participate in select competitions and conventions throughout the season. These events offer valuable performance experience and exposure to nationally recognized faculty. Participation includes both mandatory and optional events, with registration handled centrally through our staff. We emphasize preparation, professionalism, and representation of Renner Dance values in every setting.
